San Telmo Trattoria covers 144 m², distributed between the ground floor, the sidewalk area, and the basement.
The space unfolds longitudinally, which led to a ceiling intervention designed to accompany the shelving units located along one side. In terms of materials, a neutral and light-toned palette was selected, featuring cement tile cladding, terrazzo, light wood, and metal shelving and furniture in taupe tones. Indirect lighting plays a key role in shaping the overall atmosphere of the space. The basement houses a wine cellar, a tasting table, and a product display.
