Libertador Terrace

The proposal for the HUB Libertador terrace is located on the 16th floor of an office building in Belgrano, Buenos Aires. It covers 284 m² and is organized into three main areas: the lounge or reception area, which serves as the entrance to the terrace; the barbecue area with tables, which can also be used for outdoor work; and the flex area, featuring a mobile stage designed for a variety of uses such as yoga classes, lectures, and screenings.

The vegetation is arranged in two groups: perimeter planting and central planting, which act as dividing elements between the three zones. The building’s mirrored cladding visually expands the terrace and creates a constant play of reflections that change with the sky.
