The co-living project is set in a former house located in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires City and consists of the comprehensive renovation of an existing structure. The intervention includes the ground floor and basement, as well as the addition of a first and second floor.

The program combines shared and private spaces, and includes a café on the ground floor, a cultural center in the basement, common recreational areas, private rooms, a yoga studio, a terrace, and a garden. The proposal seeks to encourage social interaction and community living by integrating cultural, recreational, and leisure activities.

On a material level, original architectural elements are recovered and reinterpreted, such as exposed brick, flooring, and green-painted ironwork. This approach establishes continuity with the building’s existing identity, blending old and new through a contemporary lens.
